Congress The Band Philadelphia Concert reviews
Enjoyed Comedy Show, Tickets not at box office
We arrived early enough at the venue, but instead, the tickets were sent to my mobile phone when I chose the option to be left at 'Box Office'. Perhaps that's why I chose to leave them at Will Call or Box Office instead, as the internet at the venue 'WAS NOT' allowing me to retrieve them on my cell phone for some reason. The venue ushers tried to assist in getting on their internet, since they were not able to scan the 5 tickets screenshot on my phone, but was not successful in pulling up the actual tickets emailed to me using my cell phone. Finally, after holding up the line, the venue ushers allowed us to enter as I told them either use the screenshots and my paid receipt as proof or return/refund me right now for all 5 tickets purchased. We were from out of state and paid to see the show in Arizona, thanks to one of the ushers or venue workers, we were allowed to enter the venue. I also printed out the copy of my paperwork confirmations which clearly indicated I chose to have tickets left at box office and the mobile tickets was not my option (just for that reason), couldn't access the internet once inside venue. Another thing is once purchased online thru Ticketmaster, I did not have the option to choose the 7pm show, and the website just made me purchase all 5 tickets for the 10pm show (wasn't pleased) with that issue either. Oh, and did I mention I had to play venue usher as there were 2 people that were sitting in our assigned seats that I personally had to evict? I had to be the one to try and keep everyone woke to enjoy the comedy show-Congress The Band in which we paid for. Enjoyed Congress The Band though.
